Return Window & Eligibility
At Esthiani, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Beauty and Skincare Products-Specific Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used beauty and skincare products
- All items marked as “Final Sale”
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Digital goods (e.g., e-books, downloadable content)
- Perishable items (e.g., products with a short shelf life)
Return Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:
- Must be unopened and unused
- Must be in the original packaging with all seals intact
- Must include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided in the return authorization.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide a replacement or refund for defective or wrong items at no additional cost to you.
